We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner with a passion for tech recruitment and creating relationships companywide to join us. This role is a perfect hybrid for those who enjoy both the day-to-day of HR with the addition of managing new roles and candidate pipelines. Reporting to the HR Director you will proactively manage relationships with teams across the business and be the first point of contact for all Recruitment and HR matters within your teams.

The role

  • Support the broader team to deliver the Company’s recruitment strategy including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding new employees and candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers across the business to define priorities, collaborate on recruiting strategy, streamline our evaluation process, and improve our ability to attract top tech talent
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates is generated in order to satisfy planned and opportunistic business growth
  • Identify relevant passive candidates via a variety of tools and platforms – LinkedIn recruiter, our internal candidate database and alternative search techniques
  • Proactively support team leaders to identify and manage any employee relations matters
  • Advise, coach, challenge and support line managers
  • Support teams with performance review processes
