Working in our NPI line, you will be responsible for the build and optical alignment of our product, this requires a meticulous and clean style of work. You will have a passion for technology, a willingness to learn and the drive develop your skills. We have a 5S / LEAN approach and always looking to deliver quality.

The role

  • This is an opportunity to work within our new NPI line based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire
  • You will be responsible for the detailed assembly of electro-Mechanical and optical components
  • You will be trained on setting up and calibrating instruments within the production area
  • Actively arrange your day to ensure key production deadlines are met
  • You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on current processes and contribute to ideas on how we can improve
  • You will be proactively ensuring that we’re meeting quality standard
