We are looking for an Office Manager with experience handling a wide range of administrative and support responsibilities to help us as we continue to expand.

The role

  • Be the face of our company to greet visitors, answer calls and sort post
  • Ensure that our office runs smoothly maintaining all areas and making sure everything is stocked of food, beverages, and stationery and all office documentation is maintained
  • Liaise with external contractors to ensure the building is clean and maintained to a high standard (including cleaning staff, building maintenance and systems maintenance)
  • Work closely with our HR team to make sure staff are onboarded and know everything about the office environment
  • Work hand in hand with our IT team offering basic step by step IT support to users, while helping to maintain door access systems, phones, conference facilities and audio-visual equipment
  • Identify and implement ways to improve the business
  • Develop office policies and procedures to make sure we comply with Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and ensure the documentation is maintained
  • Provide administrative support to senior management including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Help and organise office expansion plans, including desk layouts, office fit out and liaising with contractors.
  • Previous First Aid and Health and Safety Training would be an advantage
